Important notice for overseas visitors to New Zealand:
Many countries are part of the visa waiver Visitor Visa program with New Zealand –check the list here.
- If you are from a visa waiver country you must request an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) before you travel.
- It costs NZD $17 on the Government free app, or NZD $23 if completed online.
- You must also pay an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) of NZD $100.
- Request the NZeTA here from Immigration New Zealand
- Processing time: from minutes up to 72 hrs.
Do NOT leave it till the last minute -apply ASAP.

- Full Ticket includes access to all talks, panels and debates, plus all meals through the 4 days of the main conference (Monday 22 – Tuesday 23 – Wednesday 24 – Thursday 25 February 2027) –including after conference drinks and nibbles.
- Each ticket type is sold on a first come first served basis.
- There is a limited number of each category of early bird tickets -if they are sold prior to the end date, then the next category price applies.
- Please buy your ticket at your earliest convenience to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.

- Important: Open Parallel Ltd (organiser of Multicore World) will not be liable under any circumstance if a listed speaker is not able to participate due to unforeseen circumstances or if we have to change the day of her/his talk.
- Years before the pandemic, we learnt that the only speaker “100% confirmed” is the one standing in front of the lectern testing the microphone just seconds before her/his talk.
- All speakers are confirmed in good faith (sometimes more than a year in advance) but their circumstances can change closer to the conference date.
